Funkstar Dance is based at Funkstar Dance Studio in the heart of Birkenhead, Wirral, Merseyside. Funkstar has an original, fun, fierce style of street, jazz and commercial dance that concentrates on entertaining and performance.
Funkstar Dance was created in September 2008 by IDTA teacher Donna-Marie Tittle and now has approx. 300 dancers of all abilities from age three to adult. Funkstar is a fun and friendly place to learn that teaches you much more than just how to dance and prepares you for the professional world.
Funkstar Dance competes in competitions, performs at special events, puts on an annual showcase and enters dancers for exams.
Funkstar also teaches workshops and classes at business events and schools and provides dance parties, choreography and more, covering Birkenhead, Wirral, Merseyside and the complete North West.
